Had such a great experience at Hatch in Long Island! The atmosphere is beautiful, the food and drinks were on point, and everything felt thoughtfully curated. But the real highlight was Rhonda—she is AMAZING! So friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming from start to finish. Truly the best!! Highly recommend checking this place out, and if you can, ask for Rhonda—you won’t be disappointed!
Food and service were absolutely top notch. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly during my visit. I recommend joining the waitlist on their website, as they’re very busy on weekends. I parked nearby in the street, joined the waitlist on the app, and by the time I reached their door; our table was ready. Their corned beef hash is a must have. It’s not the cheap canned BS that diners serve. It’s made in house, and fresh. Their linked sausages were rlly good too. The music was great, they played all the jams I remember hearing growing up as a millennial in the early 2000s. We’ll definitely be coming back, because the food and service were unequivocally exceptional.

First time at Hatch and it did not disappoint! Patrick was incredibly friendly and provided great service. The food was delicious—especially the pancakes and omelettes. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!
Alexa was amazing. The sweetest ever and very efficient. She helped me decide on my order and the Gouda eggs Benedict was out of this world. My boyfriend loved his Monterey Benedict. I hope to get Alexa again the next time we come!
Our server, Tiffany, was wonderful! This was our first time here and she was very helpful and knowledgeable with the menu. We chose the Blueberry Danish Pancakes which had the perfect amount of sweetness, and The Charleston Benedict which was sweet and savory all at once! Everything was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be back soon!

Aiden was a great server—friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even better. The food was really good, the atmosphere had a nice vibe, and it’s definitely kid-friendly. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back!
Had a fantastic meal here. The home made corned beef hash was the stand out dish but everything we had was pretty damn awesome. The hangover burger really hit the spot too. It was a great welcome back meal to have back in the USA. And Ronda was super friendly and knowable abbot the dishes. Hope to visit again next time we are back in town
I had an amazing dining experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our wonderful waitress Rhonda. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure our drinks were always filled, checked on us at just the right times, and provided excellent recommendations from the menu. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service made our meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued, but she did exactly that. Thank you for making our visit so memorable—we will definitely be back and hope to be served by you again!
